Her expertise extends to advising private and corporate clients on tax, estate, financial, securities, intellectual property, and real estate planning. She also handles litigation matters, primarily in the area of business law.

She holds a law degree from the Universities of Geneva and Basel and additionally qualified as a tax expert in 2015.

In 2018 and 2019, she undertook further training in the fight against economic crime.

In addition to her law degree, she studied by correspondence at the Sorbonne University in Paris, where she obtained a degree in modern literature.

Louise Bonadio worked at Poncet Turrettini Amaudruz Neyroud & Associés from 2008 to 2010, under the supervision of Carlo Lombardini, a specialist in banking law, and then for several years as chief legal advisor in a high-tech company. She then became a partner, first at KBB Etude d’avocats, then at 1204 Legal, Conseil & Tax, a firm created by the merger of the tax departments of KBB Etude d’avocats and Bory & Associés.

Aware of the importance of sharing her experience, Louise Bonadio speaks at a number of training courses in Switzerland. In particular, she is involved in the MAS in Combating Economic Crime (course on cyber-proofing) and the CAS Paralegal (legal methodology and introduction to tax law).

She is also a member of the board of examiners for the federal patent paralegal qualification.

She has published a number of articles, mainly on tax-related topics, and is listed as an expert in Switzerland in the newspaper Le Temps.

Alongside her work as a lawyer, she is interested in French literature and is actively involved in the publication of literary works. She is a keen endurance sportswoman, particularly in the mountains.
