Yohan Warpelin has specialized in economic, financial, and accounting matters. He advises private clients and companies on financial, accounting, and tax planning. His areas of expertise include business evaluation and transmission, financing and investment analysis. He also oversees and supervises the accounting for self-employed individuals and companies.
Before joining 1204 legal, Yohan Warpelin worked for several years in a law firm and a large private bank in Geneva. He also undertook a several-month mission at the Geneva State of Information Systems Department (DGSI) as a Project Management Consultant.
He teaches corporate taxation as part of the Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Management and Engineering Vaud and at the Arc University of Applied Science in Neuchâtel.
He is a member of the Chamber of Experts in Finance and Controlling (SWISSCO) and advises several associations voluntarily, particularly in the field of access to the professional world for adolescents.
Passionate about exploration and travel, Yohan Warpelin has traveled extensively by car and on foot in many remote countries. He is also a sports enthusiast who regularly engages in various athletic activities in his leisure time.
